The Leica M9 changed my website
Sounds weird, but, in a way, it really did.
I’ve written a couple blog posts about the Leica M9 and the effect it’s having on my photography. Both were from the early days of using the camera and squarely in the heat of the honeymoon phase.
Now, nearly 2 years in, the honeymoon phase is over yet it’s still a happy marriage.
So happy, in fact, that I’ve added a new section to my website for images exclusively made with the M9.
Fieldbook is a visual journal as captured by the Leica M9. I’m using that gallery to show images exclusively captured with this camera because I photograph so differently with it than I do with the GFX 100, which was used to photograph almost everything else on my website. The mental state that I adopt when I pick up the M9 is vastly different, and so I think deserves its own section.
