A lava flow hardened long ago. The surrounding earth has been eroded, leaving a stem supporting an upper head resembling a mushroom. Captured in full spectrum in the failing light without any filtration in front of the camera’s sensor. The expanded UV and IR wavelengths render the nearby foliage a fluorescent green.
