New Beginnings in Old Places

After 3 years of full time travel we have decided to stop constantly moving and settle down, sort of.

First building, then working, living, and traveling full time out of first a school bus,and then a van taught Tiffany and I an extraordinary amount. We saw and subsequently became intimately familiar with hundreds of campsites and regions where we would have never thought to find ourselves in the past.

We used our time on the road to great effect. The work I made during this time, and particularly in the second half of 2020 and the first half of 2021, was clarifying in ways that I desperately needed to continue to build my personal work and vision. I wouldn’t change how we did anything during that time.

Even though we’ve bought a house in the southern US we will continue to travel often, and once the pandemic subsides a bit more, with a greater focus on international destinations. Having a home on wheels gave us freedom, but having a home on solid ground gives us stability.

I look forward to regularly taking targeted trips back to the western US and abroad to make work, as well as to have a, you know, office, but also to spend more time with our families while we’re here.
