Dark Matter Takes 3rd in Lenscratch Art+Science Competition

I’m honored to report that my Dark Matter series took 3rd place in Lenscratch’s Art+Science competition. The prominent inclusion of this kind of category in a website dedicated to fine art photography is encouraging to see. Art with scientific roots has always struck me as powerful, and I’m happy to see that others share that opinion.

My feature on Lenscratch includes an interview by Daniel George. You can see the work and read the interview here.

Thank you to Linda Alterwitz, Jeanine Michna-Bales, Daniel George, and Lenscratch for the honor.

Take a look at the other photographers recognized in the competition as they continue to be announced on the Lenscratch homepage here.
